Turnaround Time for Custom Graphics

We strive to complete your graphic design projects within a reasonable time frame. Our standard turnaround time is 3 to 7 working days (excluding holidays) from the date of receiving all necessary project details and materials. Please note that complex projects may require additional time, and we will communicate any such delays with you promptly.

Refunds

Innovi Digital Products does not provide refunds for completed graphic design services unless we are at fault for a substantial error or omission. We encourage open communication throughout the design process to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

Revisions

We offer 2 free revisions within 24 hours of receiving your design details. Any additional revisions requested after 24 hours of the initial design delivery will be subject to a $25 fee per revision. It is important to provide clear and concise feedback during the revision process to facilitate efficient communication and timely completion of your project.

Changes and Alterations

Promotional Use

Innovi Digital Products reserves the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio, website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating our creative abilities to potential clients. If you have concerns about the privacy or confidentiality of your project, please inform us in writing before the project begins.
